Many trees are legally protected, removing or even pruning a protected tree without permission from your local Council may be a criminal offence.
JW Tree Services can guide you through your Council’s Tree Preservation Order, but the applications do need to be made by the owner of the land on which the tree is located. Please check out your Council’s website on the links below :
